In a significant stride towards enhancing pediatric care of children and adolescents living with diabetes,a groundbreaking exercise recently was concluded in Naivasha, Kenya. The Pediatric Endocrine Society Kenya (PESK), in collaboration with the Clinton Health Access Initiative (CHAI) and the Ministry of Health, spearheaded the development of comprehensive guidelines for managing Type 1 diabetes in Pediatrics and adolescents.
